“So I’m 5’9 with size 11 shoe size. The scooter fits me pretty comfortably and I have decent room for my feet. I consistently get speeds of 17 to 18 mph with more than 25% battery. After that the speed does go down I guess to save battery life.I was able to go about 11 miles and I had about 16% left. So I would give it a total of about 13 miles probably. I was riding on mostly flat terrain all asphalt.

The earlier model of the scooter had suspension so I’m not sure why the upgraded version doesn’t but I ride mostly on asphalt so it’s not that bad. The wheels are pretty solid and help out a little bit, however, if you’re going to encounter a lot of bumps, it does get a little uncomfortable with the lack of suspension.

I did have some trouble with the app. It’s kind of weird. I can connect the first time but then after that, it won’t connect if I close the app unless I restart my phone so I contacted support. They go back to me right away and offered to replace the dashboard but I think it’s just a problem with the app. Not a big deal, once connected, the app works just fine.

The cruise control on the scooter is excellent. You just enable it and then hold down the accelerator for 5 seconds and then it makes a little beep to let you know it’s active. Once you press the brake or accelerator it will deactivate.

The replaceable battery is very nice, especially if you’re going to be storing the scooter in a place with no outlet. You can easily just take out the battery and charge it elsewhere and then when you’re ready to ride just pop back and then when you’re ready to ride just pop back in also you can buy an additional battery for double the mileage. The scooter is a very high-quality build. You can definitely tell and a very nice matte black design with orange accents definitely makes for a nice touch.

Overall, pretty good for the low price. We’ll see how long it lasts.”

“If you really want to know the good and the bad. I have held off on writing this review to give it a couple of months for a good test run. First off I think this is a quality product with a sleek design. The foldable electric scooter is great for storage and transportation. The bike runs about 18-19MPH with decent battery life. The swap-out battery option is probably my favorite option. We bought a spare battery and it works great and doubles your range. I am fairly pleased.

The downside. God help you if you have to replace a part or deal with customer service. I have been trying to get a replacement tire for weeks. They are completely nonresponsive and ask leading questions to void the warranty. The biggest downside to the design is the tires. They are hard as a rock and it makes for a bumpy ride. The tires will wear down quickly and you will be forced to replace them after a few months of riding on the street or asphalt. Price ranges from $50-80 for a new tire. Finding the right aftermarket is nearly impossible. I have purchased two sets and still can’t find the exact fit. Good luck.”
